This invention offers the control discharge oral medication form for delivering the formulation of the active ingredient of the liquid. Medication form of this invention forms from non- water permeability material and includes the reservoir which fills up the formulation of the active ingredient of the liquid. Medication form of this invention and includes also the expansion possible osmotic pressure composition which is arranged inside the reservoir, at the same time, depending upon when, the said expansion possible osmotic pressure composition is separated from contact with the formulation of the active ingredient of the liquid by the barrier layer which is impermeability substantially vis-a-vis passing the liquid. In order to promote the discharge of the formulation of the active ingredient of the liquid, medication form of this invention and includes also the exit orifice.
