PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for indicating the term of a fixed-term management document, capable of automatically predicting management documents on the verge of expiring, and of urging a person in charge of management to take measures. PSOLUTION: The device for indicating the terms of fixed-term management documents stores data on a plurality of fixed-term management documents and the management limit of each document, and presets a plurality of management steps according to date/quantity sections preset for varying dates and quantities between the management limits and elapsed day data. On the basis of to which of the plurality of management steps the varying dates and quantities between the management limit of each of the plurality of fixed-term management documents and elapsed days shown by the elapsed day data correspond, the device performs control by which the display color of the display information of data about each of the plurality of fixed-term management documents displayed in a display part is changed into a desired display color matching the corresponding management step among the plurality of management steps.
