PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security when executing the backup and transaction data processing of a database through a network. PSOLUTION: A data conversion part 202 encrypts the data of a data storing part 201 equivalent to a database to be used by a first server 101a by using a secret key, and a data transmitting/receiving part 203 transmits the encrypted data to a first storage center 102a. A backup executing part 206 of the first storage center 102a backs up the transmitted data integrally to a backup storage part 208. Also, the data conversion part 202 encrypts the contents of transaction data generated by the first server 101a, and the data transmitting/receiving part 203 transmits the encrypted data to the first storage center 102a.
