FACE IMAGE COLLATION SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING FACE IMAGE DATA

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face image collation system and its method for distributing images, preventing the face image data of a person previously registered and authenticated from leaking, thereby enhancing the function of protecting individual information (privacy). PSOLUTION: The face image collation system 20 includes as a control means 27 an input means control part 37 which controls an input means 24 in order to appropriately obtain face images and executes the sampling of face image data; a face image filter part 38 for filtering the face images registered in a permitted registered face image DB 34 among the face image data acquired by an input means 24; and a face image distribution control part 39 which provides control to distribute the face image data filtered by the face image filter part 38. Even if there is an error in the input of an ID number or the like, the face image data of a person permitted to pass is not distributed to the outside such as to a crime-prevention control center 45, while only the face image data of the suspicious person not registered in the permitted registered face image DB 34 are distributed.
