PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized displacement fuel pump with high boosting efficiency. PSOLUTION: This innovention comprises a motor with an outer rotor structure including a stator 12 and a bobbin-like rotor 13 rotating around it, a discoid impeller 10 connected to the rotary shaft 15 of the motor, having a blade part 85 formed along the vicinity of the outer edge, and partition plate 20 arranged between the rotor 13 and the impeller 10, having a recessed fuel induction passage 86 formed at a position opposed to the blade part 85, which is in a surface opposed to the impeller 10.
