PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a postcard issue processing system and a postcard issue print system for performing postcard issue and print based on predetermined information for postcard issue from a portable terminal, the systems in which the postcard can be prepared in and delivered from the pertinent location.;SOLUTION: In the postcard issue processing system, from location information among the location information and predetermined information for postcard issue acquired from a predetermined portable terminal 13, the address information of a print output terminal 14 being the postcard issue print system whose location is managed by a print output terminal TB30 is extracted, and a transmission file including the predetermined information for postcard issue acquired from the portable terminal 13 or the print file of properly corrected print data is created and transmitted through a communication network 12 to the print output terminal 14 of the address, so that it is possible to make the print output terminal 14 print.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
