PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless entry system capable of preventing a terminal from being forgotten to charge even if the remote-controlled terminal of a keyless entry is left alone. PSOLUTION: An on-board charge part 2 capable of connecting the remote-controlled terminal has on a vehicle side, and a secondary cell of the terminal is charged with electric power of a vehicle battery 10. When the remote-controlled terminal is removed from the charge part 2 , a timer 23 is started to count, and after a predetermined time elapses, a control section 20 is made to give an alarm announcing that the remote-controlled terminal 3 has to be charged through a buzzer 25 and an LED 26 or the like.
