PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably construct a lightweight banking structure without performing excavating operation into an earth surface with a stable gradient i of more than 45°.;SOLUTION: A foundation concrete 30 functioning as a connection foundation for a column for mounting a wall surface material is constructed so as to have a height having a bottom plate area 31 allowing the stable installation, thereon, of a lightweight banking block 6a on the lowermost stage having the bottom area not allowing the deformation by a load placed thereon.
