PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of requiring great labor for conventional construction because of transporting concrete kneaded in a work facility distant from the field, to the field by a mixer truck to place concrete inside a frame body in constructing a barrier, and requiring double labor because of needing to carry out and remove a large quantity of excavated sediment produced on the field.;SOLUTION: Cohesive sediment mixed with cement at a rate set by prior measurement to obtain shearing strength set corresponding to construction environment and a purpose is pressure-filled into a frame body A constituting an outer enclosure of the barrier, with predetermined normal stress set by the measurement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
