PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a falsification detection controller, a falsification detection control system and a falsification detection control method, capable of reducing probability that a falsified content is left as it is for a long time.;SOLUTION: A history recording part 211 records a past update history of an opened content recorded in an opened content recording part 204. A falsification detection part 206 stops a falsification detection function of the content when receiving an instruction of the effect of update of the opened content from a manager terminal 107. When a history management part 207 receives the instruction of the effect of the update of the opened content from the manager terminal 107, the history management part 207 determines an interruption time of the falsification detection function of the content on the basis of the update history of the content recorded in the history recording part 211, and records the determined interruption time into a rule recording part 210.
