PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system of an inner-cylinder direct jetting CNG engine capable of extending a cruising radius by effectively utilizing CNG fuel by a simple structure and control, materializing a stratified combustion up to high load/high rotation area, and capable of drawing out a fuel efficiency merit. PSOLUTION: A passage structure for the PEM fuel cell, constructed so as to differ depending on its location in order to make a gas flow conform with a membrane-electrode junction (MEA), is provided. The flow rate of an active gas per unit area of the MEA starting from a negative electrode inlet 1 is locally changed by changing the number of gas transfer passages and/or the cross section thereof, and the flow rate is reduced as it is headed toward a negative electrode outlet 2. It becomes possible to make a partial vapor pressure conform with a local state by an appropriate passage structure. As a result, material conversion at respective local parts is improved without drying of an electrolyte. The measure (increment of the number and the width of the passage) considerably reduces the flow rate at a position where the humidity of the gas in a flow field is low.
