INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PENSION INSURANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a new pension insurance which is attractive to an insurance contractor and, at the same time, enables an insurance company to reduce their risks.;SOLUTION: In the pension insurance, an insurance premium is paid in Japanese yen, the implementation is performed in foreign currency, and an assumed rate of interest in foreign currency is secured. After the termination of a period of deferment, the pension insurance is paid in foreign currency or, according to special policy conditions, in Japanese yen. When the insurance contractor dies before the pension insurance is paid, the one which is the greater in amount of the two--the premium to be paid (a basic insured amount) or prime cost of financial funds for the pension at the time of death converted into the Japanese yen--is to be a death benefit. At the time of cancellation, cancel returns are calculated by using the prime cost of the financial funds for the pension, the rate of cancellation deduction, and the rate of interest adjustment returns. Thus, the lower limit of the premium at the time of death is guaranteed to the insurance contractor, and a specified rate of the financial funds for the pension can be received as the cancel returns at the time of cancellation.
