PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical generator which supplies enough current to drive an electronic apparatus or an electromagnetic apparatus such as a solenoid in a device mechanism through a rotor driven by a spring-loaded drive wheel and a stator mounted around the rotor.;SOLUTION: A drive wheel 60 rotates with the coin device up to a release position to load a spring 62. In the release position, the drive wheel is released and returns to a rest position to drive a rotor 52 so as to rapidly rotator the rotor within the stator 56, and thus an electric pulse is generated. The electrical signal is used for a pulse counter, an electronic tag, or other tracking device to charge a small battery which is configured as a backup or auxiliary power source.
