摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an omniazimuth video image generating apparatus that can generate and record omniazimuth video data with position / azimuth data attached thereto capable of providing the similar presence to the case with a user standing at a point and looking around the surrounding by projecting scenes of the entire circumference of the point in interlocking with the selection of the desired point on a map to a screen whose entire circumference is spherical and located at a remote place. PSOLUTION: The omniazimuth video image generating apparatus 1 is provided with: an omniazimuth camera apparatus 3 mounted in a photographing vehicle 9; a GPS receiver 4; and a personal computer 5 that attaches position / azimuth data detected by the GPS receiver 4 to omniazimuth video data obtained by the omniazimuth camera apparatus 3 to create the omniazimuth video data with position / azimuth data attached thereto, and an omniazimuth video image utilizing apparatus 2 is provided with: a liquid crystal display apparatus 19; a touch panel 20; an entire circumference spherical screen projector 21; and a personal computer 18 that receives and utilizes the omniazimuth video data with the position / azimuth data attached thereto.
