PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect subscriber personal information while effectively utilizing the personal information stored/managed by a telecommunications carrier for service providing of other carriers.;SOLUTION: A system is provided with a telecommunications carrier device 3 for managing subscriber identification information for a telecommunications carrier to uniquely identify a subscriber and personal information about the subscriber, and a server device 7 for providing a subscriber terminal 1 with a specific service. The telecommunications carrier device 3 provides the server device 7 with temporary identification information by which the subscriber can be temporarily identified when the server device 7 provides the subscriber terminal 1 with a service. The server device 7 uses the temporary identification information to receive the providing of corresponding personal information from the telecommunications carrier device 3 and provides the subscriber terminal 1 with a service corresponding to the personal information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
