MAINTENANCE SUPPORTING SYSTEM, MAINTENANCE SUPPORTING SERVER, AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORTING METHOD BY MOVING IMAGE DISTRIBUTION, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store maintenance procedures of each device to be maintained in moving images, to distribute the moving image explaining working procedures corresponding to the maintenance of a device which is required by a maintenance person or a learner, and to further distribute the moving image being an answer to an inquiry by voice call.;SOLUTION: This system has a cellular phone 10 having a digital access function for moving image distribution request and a voice call function for inquiry, and a moving image DB 21 for storing a moving image recording working procedures and an answering DB 25 for correlating a key word with a moving image title and storing them. The DBs are connected by a network 19. Upon receiving a moving image distribution request of digital access from the cellular phone 10, the system distributes the designated moving image from the moving image DB 21, and upon receiving an inquiry by voice call from the cellular phone 10, the system analyzes the voice and extracts the key word to acquire the corresponding moving image title by referring to the answering DB 25 by the extracted key word, and distributes the moving image from the moving image DB 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
