PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording medium which, when used for an ID card with a photograph of someone's face, gives a full color rewritable photograph of someone's face by which a person is easily recognized, the time when the photograph of someone's face was taken is known at a glance, and whether a wearer is an admitted person himself or not and whether he is a stayer within an admitted time or not can be accurately and immediately judged, and which can prevent illicit use of an ID card within a term of validity and an expired ID card, and to provide an ID card with a photograph of someone's face using the same and a visitor identification management system. PSOLUTION: The image recording medium has a full color image recording layer which is capable of rewriting with light energy and changes to a decolored state when it receives indoor illuminating light for a definite period of time.
