PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an attendant to provide a high quality service to a parking lot user.SOLUTION: A visit management system includes a visit management device and a visit confirmation device. The visit management device includes a report reception section, a visit information reception section, a recording and display section, a report information search section, and a report information transmission section. The report reception section receives report information. The visit information reception section receives visit information. The report information search section searches for report information with respect to a parking lot user being the same as the parking lot user of the visit information. When the report information search section finds the report information, the report information transmission section transmits report contents to a report destination to be identified by the report information at report timing. The visit confirmation device acquires information for identifying a parking lot user and transmits the information to the visit management device as visit information.
