PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating control apparatus of a soybean milk and a soybean curd producing machine for domestic use, capable of reducing electric power consumption and simultaneously preventing soybeans from being ground into an excessively small size, by setting a primary heating temperature to a relatively low level, and further capable of reducing the electric power consumption and simultaneously making the ground soybeans fully mellowed, by setting a secondary heating temperature to a relatively high level and heating the soybeans in a short time, and to provide a heating control method. PSOLUTION: The heating control apparatus has a temperature sensor, a key input means, a control means, a motor drive means, and a heater drive means, wherein the temperature sensor senses a temperature, then converting the temperature into an electric signal, and outputs the signal, the key input means is used so that a user inputs an operational instruction, the control means reduces the electric power consumption and simultaneously prevents the soybeans from being ground into the excessively small size, by maintaining the primary heating temperature until it reaches 78C, and further reduces the electric power consumption and simultaneously makes the ground soybeans fully mellowed, by maintaining the secondary heating temperature at 95 to 100C for 30 sec after the soybeans have been ground, the motor drive means supplies the motor with an electric source based on a control signal of the control means and then drives the motor, and the heater drive means supplies the heater with another electric source based on another control signal of the control means and then drives the heater.
