PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction in a post-stage circuit in which an output pulse signal is used.;SOLUTION: The pulse signal waveform shaping circuit includes a noise eliminating circuit for eliminating noise which is superimposed on an input signal and has a predetermined pulse width or narrower, and a pulse signal generating circuit which generates the output pulse signal when the active state of an intermediate pulse signal in which noise is eliminated by the noise eliminating circuit, continues for a set time or longer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
