PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal device for obtaining the same pedaling feeling as an acoustic piano, without taking width in the interior direction, and to provide an electronic keyboard instrument equipped with the pedal device.;SOLUTION: Each pedaling device 40 is provided with a pedaling part 42a, and a support part 42b provided with the pedaling part 42a on one end and forming a length along the vertical direction longer than the length along the interior direction of the pedaling part 42a, and they are formed into a form of L-shape. The pedal 42 is fixed on a bottom face plate 35 by a fixture 43 so that the pedaling part 42a is swung, by regarding the other end side of the support part 42b as a support point by viewing from a player side. The pedal device 40 will not take width in the interior direction, since the pedaling part 42a is formed into a necessary length, in which a play pedals.
