The system and the method relation of attaching the measurement territory data are disclosed in the passive coherent search system. According to this system and method, the detection report being received, the line track/truck and relation it is attached. As for the detection report, is a target signal and a relationship which are received in the passive coherent search system. Measurable quantity of the detection report is a data and relation of the target signal. The line track/truck state presumption functional department, the new detection report presumes the renewal state of the line track/truck and the association and the line track/truck. Signal type is decided. According to this signal type the Kalman filter is selected concerning measurable quantity. Error of measurable quantity of the detection report is calculated according to this Kalman filter. Relation is attached the detection report which is selected in the line track/truck according to this error. The line track/truck synthesizes, or, or, following to specified standard, while renewing it is possible to end. Furthermore, when the new target is detected, the new line track/truck is initialized.
