PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance-unbalance conversion circuit and a balance-unbalance conversion component, with which the output level difference of two output signals of a balance signal is made small.;SOLUTION: A first distribution constant line 1 and a second distribution constant line 2 are connected in parallel and a parallel line PL is formed. A third distribution constant line 3 is electromagnetically and electrostatically coupled to the first distribution constant line 1, and a fourth distribution constant line 4 to the second distribution constant line 2. The output signal whose phase is equal to an input signal inputted from one end side (In) of a parallel line PL is outputted from one end side (Out 1) of the third distribution constant line 3.
