PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an introduction needle which can be easily separated and removed from a catheter or the like when it becomes unnecessary, an introduction needle assembly and a production method of the same. PSOLUTION: The introduction needle 1 for introducing a long medical equipment into a human body is equipped with a tubular body 2 which is constituted with a material including two or more types of resin ingredients. A fragile part of which the durability against tearing is smaller than the other part is disposed along a longitudinal direction of the tubular body, and a groove 22 is provided on an inner peripheral surface and/or an outer peripheral surface of the tubular body along the longitudinal direction of the tubular body. The tubular body is made by extrusion and the fragile part is constituted by a weld line at the time of extrusion. The fragile part is superimposed with the groove or at the vicinity of the same.
