PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for suppressing a concentrated use of life energy capable of gradually regulating the concentrated use, even if specific life energy such as electricity is concentratedly used. PSOLUTION: The system for suppressing the concentrated use of life energy comprises: a plurality of household electrical appliances; a distribution switchboard for supplying electricity to them; a sensor that detects the present quantity of consumed electricity from a life energy supplying portion; and a server. When a detection signal from the sensor indicates that the present quantity of consumed electricity has exceeded a preset value, the server carries out such control as to stop or reduce the supply of life energy to some electrical household appliances and electrical equipment registered in advance on a priority basis.
