PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic lending system capable of lending without the detachment or demagnetization of a monitoring tag attached to a rented article, an automatic lending method and an unauthorized take-out prevention system.;SOLUTION: The automatic lending system comprises: a RFID label 80 for managing the rented article stuck to the rented article 99 and provided with a writable variable item part; a read/write means for a membership card; a packing bag for housing the rented article a packing bag processing means 18 for carrying the packing bag; a sticking means 16 for sticking a label on which the contents of the rented article are printed to the packing bag 32; an insertion port 11 for inserting the rented article and an rented article processing means 19 provided with an antenna part 41 for performing read/write to the RFID label stuck to the inserted rented article for discharging the rented article to a take-out port 12 together with the packing bag 32 carried in after the label is stuck in the packing bag processing means 18.
