PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of business management including environmental measures using a rational index and its evaluation system.;SOLUTION: The evaluation method of the business management including the environmental measures comprises a stage (step S1) of developing an organization / system suited to basic principles relating to business activity, a stage (step S2) of setting the items of assessment in the business activity, a stage (steps S3 and S4) of establishing a management plan and the environmental measures as the whole including management and risk management, a stage (step S5) of performing evaluation and verification based on a quantitative index when executing business including the environmental measures, and a stage of feeding back (step S6) the results of the evaluation and the verification and correcting the management plan and the environmental measures as the whole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
