PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a difference of potential property recognition on the basis of an investment attitude of an investment entity by a macroeconomic analysis method.;SOLUTION: This economic analysis device 1 includes a significant difference test means 11 for acquiring an original data set of an IT property and a general property and extending the data set to the latest year for testing a significant difference of an investment amount change ratio between the IT property and the general property, a production function generation means 12 for generating respective generation functions by the original data set acquired by the significant difference test means and the data set extended to the latest year, a regulation speed significant difference test means 13 for testing a significant difference of a regulation speed between the IT property and the general property on the basis of the production functions generated by the generation function creation means, and a regulation speed change ratio significant difference test means 14 for testing a change ratio of the regulation speed between the IT property and the general property.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
