PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing superfine powder silica dispersed slurry having excellent settling stability and redispersibility. PSOLUTION: The method for producing superfine powder silica dispersed slurry for resin filling comprises mixing superfine powder silica containing an isolated silanol group with a silane coupling agent containing a terminal phenyl group in an amount to give 10-50% coverage calculated from the minimum covered area of the silane coupling agent, treating the superfine powder in a state that the silane coupling agent chemically bonded to the isolated silanol group and the not chemically bonded silane coupling agent coexist and dispersing the treated superfine powder silica into a solvent.
