REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF IRON-SHELL IN FURNACE BOTTOM BLOCK FOR BLAST FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of an iron-shell in the furnace bottom block for blast furnace with which the wastefulness in a field work is drastically saved without obstructing to the field work and the precision of the iron-shell can be kept during the time from shipping the plant to completing setting at the field site.;SOLUTION: In the reinforcing structure of the iron-shell in the furnace bottom block for blast furnace, a truss 8 assembled on bottom plate supporting members 7 lined up in parallel with the piping between the upper and the lower bottom plates, used as a lower string material and reinforcing-cum-piping supporting members 9 lined up between the upper and the lower bottom plates and at the right angle with the piping, are included as the reinforcement of the ringed iron-shell in the furnace bottom block for blast furnace having the upper and the lower double structure of the bottom plates 3, 4 and piping 5 for cooling the furnace bottom lined up between the upper and the lower bottom plates.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
