PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive high-strength hot-rolled steel plate which stably possesses mutually contradicting excellent characteristics of both a creep property and a magnetic property, and is suitable for a frame for mounting a tension mask thereon, of a cathode-ray tube.;SOLUTION: This hot-rolled steel plate includes, by mass%, 0.10% or less C, 0.5% or less Si, 0.5-2% Mn, 0.06% or less P, 0.01% or less S, 0.1% or less Al, 0.006% or less N, 0.08% or less Nb, 0.5% or less Cr, 0.02-0.2% Ti, and further at least one element of 0.7% or less Mo and 1.5% or less W; and substantially comprises a single-phase structure of ferrite with grain sizes of 6 μm or larger, and carbides including at least one of Ti, Mo and W with sizes of less than 10 nm, which are finely dispersed in the single-phase structure of ferrite.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
