PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a monitor object like a child being in a day nursery, to be easily monitored in a remote place.;SOLUTION: A request information processing part 4f receives a transmission request transmitted from a user terminal to a communication network 5, through a communication part 4c. The request information processing part 4f converts an attendance number indicated in the transmission request to a radio slave unit ID of a radio slave unit attached to a child to whom the attendance number is assigned. A camera selection part 4h detects the location of the radio slave unit by taking out a location detected by a location detection part 4a, of the radio slave unit having the radio slave unit ID, from a location list storage part 4b and gives a picture taken by a video camera covering this location as a photographing range, to a moving picture delivery part 4i, and the picture is transmitted from the moving picture delivery part 4i to the user terminal 6 via the communication network 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
