PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display sensing information or various piece of information from various sensors on a display part of a key.;SOLUTION: A system includes a controller which performs transmission and receiving of locking/unlocking information with a door key server which controls a door key in addition to concentration of sensing information from a sensor set in a dwelling house, and a monitoring server for monitoring the state of the dwelling house, which is connected to the controller through a network. The controller includes a sensing information transmitting means which transmits the sensing information including the setting place and site state of the sensor to the monitoring server, and the door key server includes a control means which controls the door key based on key information usable for the door key and an identification code, and a locking/unlocking information transmitting means which transmits the locking/unlocking information including the identification code of the key used in control and a control result to the monitoring server through the controller. The monitoring server includes a monitoring information registration means which registers the sensing information and locking/unlocking information from the controller.
