PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent probe capable of assaying in real time a myosin light chain phosphorylation state, and to provide a method for efficiently screening drugs.;SOLUTION: The fluorescent probe is such one that a donor fluorescent substance is joined to one end of a myosin light chain and an acceptor fluorescent substance to the other end.
