PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To nurse/care a carereceiver without applying large load to both of the carereceiver and a caregiver.;SOLUTION: This nursing/caring fitting appliance 1 worn by the caregiver for nursing/caring the carereceiver is constituted of a waist part winding belt 2 wound around the waist part of the caregiver, both positionally adjustable left and right shoulder belts 10 and 10 connected to the waist part winding belt 2, the pads 22 and 22 fixed to the inner surfaces of the left and right shoulder belts 10 and 10, the grasping part 25a sewn on the outer surface of the waist part winding belt 2 and the string-like grasping parts 25b-25d fixed to the outer surfaces of the shoulder parts, breast parts and bladebone parts of both the left and right shoulder belts 10 and 10.
