PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-shaft combined plant provided with an emergency shut-off oil system having such a constitution that a steam turbine can be independently stopped, and even when a trip valve provided to a gas turbine emergency shut-off oil line can not be opened due to failure, a gas turbine can be surely stopped.;SOLUTION: The emergency shut-off oil system is constituted such that only the steam turbine 40 is stopped when a trip solenoid valve 47 for a governing valve is opened; in an emergency shut-off oil line 42 for fuel gas control valve, an emergency shut-off oil line 43 for fuel oil control valve, and an emergency shut-off oil line 46 for governing valve a master trip solenoid valve 51 is connected, via check valves 48, 49, and 50, respectively, and when the master trip solenoid valve 51 is opened, both of the steam turbine 2 and the gas turbine 1 are stopped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
