摘要

To perform an overspeed prevention test for a steam turbine at a uniaxial combined cycle plant without engagement of a clutch for connecting a steam turbine to a gas turbine through synchronization in engine speed.SOLUTION: A uniaxial combined cycle plant comprises a power generator, a gas turbine, a steam turbine driven through application of waste-heat of the gas turbine and connected to the power generator through a clutch when an engine speed is synchronous with an engine speed of the gas turbine, a steam turbine overspeed prevention device, a gas turbine overspeed prevention device and a control device. The control device causes the power generator to be in an unloaded condition, increases an engine speed Ns of the steam turbine until it reaches a steam turbine upper limit engine speed Nslim while keeping an engine speed Ng of the gas turbine higher than an engine speed Ns of the steam turbine and lower than a gas turbine upper limit engine speed Nglim (times t2 to t4) to test whether or not the steam turbine overspeed prevention device is operated normally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
