COMPOUNDING AGENT FOR RUBBER, ITS PRODUCTION METHOD AND RUBBER COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE COMPOUNDING AGENT FOR RUBBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having an excellent ozone resistance and less in discoloration without deteriorating physical properties of a rubber.;SOLUTION: The compounding agent for a rubber is prepared by impregnating a rubber chemical into a layered clay mineral, wherein the clay mineral and the rubber chemical are preferably bentonite and an antiaging agent, respectively. The production method for the compounding agent for the rubber comprises the followings: (A) a process for preparing a solution by dissolving the rubber chemical into a solvent soluble in water, (B) a process for adding the layered clay mineral to the solution, (C) a process for preparing the mixed solution by adding water thereto under stirring and (D) a process for removing the water and the solvent of the mixed solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
