The compound object data set, is formed from the plural fundamental data sets. The fundamental data set, it allots to the spatial position at least in data value, the space of 3 dimensions. This fundamental data set relation is attached to the piled territory which is piled up mutually. Compound data value concerning the spatial position in the piled territory, is calculated to ideal, by the weight attaching interpolation from data value of each fundamental data set.
