The method involves forming a set of objects of object portion, which is described by a graph structure, using digitized objects. A multi-part graph structure comprising the object portion and another object portion with another set of objects is formed as nodes from the structure. Connection edges are formed between the objects, and connection weights are assigned to the edges. The former set of objects is assigned to the latter set of objects based on values of the weights, such that the each object of the latter set of objects represents a group of former set of objects. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for classification of data (2) a computer program product with a program code stored on a machine readable medium for executing a method of computer-aided processing of digital data, when the product is executed on a computer.
