PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for artificially culturing Lyophyllum aggregatum, enabling to stimulate the growth of the fruit bodies of the Lyophyllum aggregatum to increase their harvest amount per unit medium in comparison with those by conventional culture methods without increasing the number of germinations and the quantity of culture medium. SOLUTION: This method for artificially culturing Lyophyllum aggregatum comprises inoculating the fungi of the Lyophyllum aggregatum into a culture medium received in a container, culturing the hyphae, forming the fruit bodies and subsequently raising the fruit bodies. Therein, water or a solution required for the growth of the fruit bodies is injected into the hypha propagation-finished culture medium in the container during a period ranging from the formation of the fruit bodies to their growth finish. The injection of the water or the solution is carried out by inserting a needle-like tube into the culture medium and subsequently press-charging the water or the solution into spaces in the culture medium.
