PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method detecting intensity and a coming direction of neutrinos coming from a nuclear reactor or the sun.;SOLUTION: (1) A planar capacitor (wherein spontaneous adsorption of an insulating film is used in the case of hydrogen, or wherein paper soaked in deuterium is lapped over the insulating film in the case of deuterium) is placed in the air, and a galvanometer is inserted into an electric circuit comprising an additional capacitor and a resistor to observe a residual image of deflection of an indicator.
