PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing method and an easy access device enabling an information using body which gains an access permission to information from an information providing body to easily access the information again, and also an information user, even when introducing information to a third person, to precisely report an acquisition method of the information thereto. PSOLUTION: The easy access device 4 stores processing procedure information for a procedure performed to receive the network information and the access permission of a first information using body 6 as access permission information 45, and generates an easy access means 8 for connecting the first information using body 6 to the easy access device 4, which includes connection information necessary for the connection to the easy access device 4, information necessary for specifying information 1 that is an access object, and using condition information necessary for the access to the information 1. The first information using body 6 accesses the information 1 by the use of the easy access means 8, and provides the easy access means 8 to a second information using body 7.
