ANALYTICAL METHOD FOR MYELO DYSPLASIA SYNDROME CELL BY FLOW CYTOMETRY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing a myelo dysplasia syndrome cell using a flow cytometry, and allowing useful clinical classification.;SOLUTION: A combination of the optimum monoclonal antibodies for analyzing myelo dysplasia syndromes is contrived, expression abnormalities in surface antigens of an obtained blast, a myelocyte and a monocyte are patternized preliminarily based on results in surface antigens of a sound healthy person, expression abnormalities in surface antigens of a blast, a myelocyte and a monocyte are thereafter detected as to marrow blood or peripheral blood collected from a patient for the purpose of case classification, and the classification for the myelo dysplasia syndromes is quickly and simply detected by determination according to a pattern table prepared preliminarily, so as to provide diagnostic information useful when investigating a therapeutic policy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
