PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and continuously form a working lining by kneading spraying material press-fed with carrying air having a prescribed pressure and the added water with a swingable and slidable nozzle head and spraying to an iron tapping runner. ;SOLUTION: In a spraying material supplying device 2, the spraying material carried through a container bag 7 is separately incorporated into plural hoppers 201A, 201B in each use and supplied into a spraying gun 210 through each of screw feeders. This spraying material is press-fed to a spraying unit 30 with the carrying air having the prescribed pressure from an air compressor 5. In this spraying unit 30, the nozzle head 91 providing a nozzle 90 is freely turnable with a head turning device 80 and also, freely slidable with a head sliding device 60 and these devices are held with a spraying vehicle 1 composed of a carriage 22 providing a caterpillar pushing device 21 and multi-step boom 28. The spraying material is kneaded with a prescribed quantity of the adding water in a nozzle head 91 and sprayed to the iron tapping runner from the nozzle 90.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
