PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hybridoma generating a monoclonal antibody specifically binding to a fragment of human or bovine lactoferrin.;SOLUTION: A monoclonalized hybridoma is obtained by immunizing a mouse through subcutaneous administration of a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO. 2 and Freund's complete adjuvant, extracting spleen on the third day after final immunization, fusing a spleen cell and myeloma cell obtained from the extracted spleen by adding polyethylene glycol, selecting from the fused cells a hybridoma generating an antibody binding to a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO. 1 and performing a limiting dilution technique.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
