PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital radiography apparatus for medical purposes, a radiography imaging system, and a method for imaging X-ray fluorescent images as digital data.;SOLUTION: A radiography apparatus 10 includes a fluorescent plate 38 which produces an imaged fluorescence by X-ray irradiation, a digital camera 42 for imaging the imaged fluorescence from the fluorescent plate 38, and an X-ray shielding material 40 disposed between the fluorescent plate 38 and the digital camera 42. The radiography apparatus 10 includes a driving device 44 capable of varying a distance between the digital camera 42 and the fluorescent plate 38, and the digital camera 42 images with a lens of a fixed magnification so that the images with dimensions of medical pictures are acquired at a prescribed resolution or higher on a CCD while the digital camera 42 is positioned at the most distant place from the fluorescent plate 38.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
