PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a feature value having a high combination effect according to specified contents, as the feature value to be used for discrimination processing for discriminating whether object data is the data of the specified content or not, and also to decide a discrimination condition corresponding to each feature value.;SOLUTION: A discrimination device creation section 16 of a device 10 which decides a kind and the discrimination condition of the feature value, creates a discriminator corresponding to each of the plurality of feature values which can be used for the discrimination processing on the basis of a sample data group. A feature value specifying section 18 and a discriminator group defining section 20 select sequentially the discriminator of high discrimination accuracy, and define the plurality of discriminator group. A discriminator group selection section 22 selects the group having a high compound discrimination accuracy as a whole of the discriminator groups from the plurality of defined discriminator groups. On the basis of the discriminator which constitutes the selected discriminator group, a discrimination condition decision section 24 decides the kind and the discrimination condition of the feature value to be used for discrimination processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
