PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify process for formation and measurement by forming a first reference part for regulating the reference position of a reflection surface in the case of measuring the shape of an optical device outside the effective light beam reflection areas of the reflection surfaces plurally formed on the surface of a transparent body. ;SOLUTION: Protruding parts 11 which become the shape measuring reference of the reflection surface R3 are formed by three on both ends of a peripheral part R3' which is outside the effective light beam reflection area of the surface R3. The leading end part of the part 11 is spherical, and the parts 11 are for measuring the spherical condition in the case of measuring the shape of the surface R3, calculating the central position of a sphere, virtually fining the reference position, and finding a reference plane and a local original point with respect to the surface R3. Similarly, protruding parts 13 and 15 which become the shape measuring reference of the reflection surfaces R5 and R7 are formed by three on both ends of the peripheral parts R5' and R7' which are outside the effective light beam reflection area of the surfaces R5 and R7 receptively. The respective protruding parts 13 and 15 are for calculating the central position of the sphere and virtually finding the reference position and deciding the reference plane and the local original point with respect to the surfaces R5 and R7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
