PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process device for automatically creating bilingual dictionary data in a certain language and another language via bilingual data with regard to a third language. PSOLUTION: A translation candidate obtaining means 2 obtains an English translation of a keyword (Japanese) in bilingual dictionary data 6 from a Japanese-English dictionary 41 and obtains translation candidates (Chinese) for the obtained English translation from an English-Chinese dictionary 51. A translation evaluating/selecting means 3 uses a word class correspondence evaluating part 31 to evaluate the correspondence between the word class of each translation candidate and the word class of the keyword according to the correspondence between Japanese and Chinese word classes; the translation candidate which is evaluated to be equal to or higher than a predetermined value is extracted as a translation of the keyword in the bilingual dictionary data 6.
